Latest Illustrations

2018, leading into 2019, saw me enter new territories

with regards to my illustration endeavors.

I have since saw myself working on exciting projects that involved product

design, product displays and seasonal decor. To better assist the promotion

of these products, one of the tasks included creating characters to act as models

within the setting that required the displayed products.

Other projects include 2 new picture books as well as hand rendered art for exhibitions.

Promotions and displays

Below are some mockups I have been experimenting with these past few weeks. It gives one the idea

of what could possibly be the result, if illustration were to be used as a method of communicating

venue layout and product promotion.

Art for primary school reading books

Continuing my relationship with Marang Publishers, below are some examples of work created during 2019.

The Wet Noodle

Written by Ramon Declarme, The Wet Noodle is a clever tale about high school, attraction and doing the right thing.

Character Design

Over the past year I have spend considerable time creating new characters; either to be used for

product displays, toy design, comic book and video game characters. Below are some examples

The Owl and the Chameleon

The latest addition to the Rural in the City library; The Owl and the Chameleon is set in Limpopo and features
